Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, The Japan Insider does not offer refunds:
- Digital Guides: Once a digital guide is purchased and the download link is provided, all sales are final. Digital products cannot be “returned,” so no refunds will be issued.
- Consultancy Services: Our WhatsApp and Email consultancy involves professional time and immediate access to expert knowledge. Once the service has been purchased, it is non-refundable.
- Agreement: By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund once the digital content is provided or the consultancy service begins.
